Second story Apartment located on Walter Street, off of Brady Lake Road in Kent. Close to downtown, KSU and one block from bus stop. Washers and Dryers, quarter operated on site. Off street parking. Tenant pays electric, Wi-Fi, etc. and Owner pays water, sewer, and trash. This is a second-floor apartment, you must be able to walk up and down stairs. This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Pets are negotiable but must be approved via photo. Pet deposit is $250.00 and there is a $50 per pet, per month fee. Tenant is 100% responsible for deposit, we do not work with 3rd party companies. Tenant must complete the application process, provide last two pay stubs, copy of driver's license and a landlord reference. Applications are processed in a first come first serve order.
