PMHA has two apartment buildings in Kent, Ohio that are not subsidized and available to any person or family looking for a safe and decent place to live. Located at 170 and 221 Spaulding Drive, each building has 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units available to rent. PMHA accepts Section 8 Vouchers for Portage Landings.
